Vexillum Wear is operated by NOMADIC PIXELS SRL ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Romania. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vexillumwear.com and our related services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify. By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & account

By using the Services you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for providing accurate, current information.

2. Products

We try to display our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen. All products are made to order through our print partner. We may change or discontinue products and limit quantities at our discretion.

3. Orders & pricing

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase; the order is accepted once we confirm it and your payment is processed. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, pricing errors or suspected fraud) and will notify you. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice; taxes, customs or import charges may apply depending on the destination.

4. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the products to the carrier, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

5. Returns & consumer rights

Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, as described there. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under Romanian and EU law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including the Vexillum name, logo, designs, text and images — is owned by NOMADIC PIXELS SRL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only; you may not copy, reproduce, resell or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Third-party links & tools

The Services may link to or include third-party websites and tools provided "as is", which we do not control or endorse. We are not responsible for third-party content or services; please review their terms before use.

8. Your submissions

If you submit reviews, ideas or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and promote the Services. You confirm your submissions are your own and are not unlawful, infringing or offensive.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to upload malware, to scrape or collect data without permission, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Any purchase you make is made directly with Vexillum Wear (NOMADIC PIXELS SRL); Shopify is not a party to, and is not responsible for, those transactions.

11. Disclaimers

Except as required by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. This does not affect the mandatory warranties and consumer rights you have under Romanian and EU law, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOMADIC PIXELS SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes are subject to the competent Romanian courts. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the country where you reside, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
