How long until my order arrives?
Every tee is made to order, just for you. Production takes 2–5 business days, then delivery is about 3–8 business days in North America and Europe (7–20 elsewhere). Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, and you’ll get a tracking link the moment it ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free worldwide shipping, included in the price, with duties and taxes covered. No surprise fees at checkout.
Where do you ship from? Will I pay customs?
Your tee is produced at the Printful facility nearest you. Orders within the EU are fulfilled inside the EU, so EU customers won’t face extra import fees — and duties/taxes are already included in your price.
What is the t-shirt made of?
A premium Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed heavyweight tee — 6.1 oz ring-spun cotton with a soft, relaxed, lived-in feel. The flag is printed with water-based inks for a smooth vintage finish, and all inks are Oeko-Tex® certified and skin-safe.
My new tee has a slight smell or faint marks — is that normal?
Completely normal for fresh garment-dyed, water-based prints. Any scent or slight discoloration disappears after the first wash.
What sizes do you offer, and how does it fit?
Unisex sizing from S to 4XL with a relaxed fit. Check the size guide on each product page to find your best match. Tip: garment-dyed cotton can shrink slightly, so wash cold.
How do I care for it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly over the print. That keeps the colors and the soft feel looking great for years.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each tee is made to order, reach out as soon as possible at support@vexillumwear.com — we can usually update or cancel before it enters production.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
We’ll make it right. Email support@vexillumwear.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement. Because items are made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns — see our Return Policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your tee leaves the facility.
